The Brown Horse Inn has a lovely, traditional country bar with open beams and a roaring log fire. The bar offers a wide variety of bottled beers from around the world and exstensive wine and spirits.

The Brown Horse Inn is also a great supporter of local breweries as well as our own, and hosts a number of local, hand pulled guest ales that are always changing.

As of 2010 we launched our very own micro brewery. Winster Valley Brewery. We currently have 4 Ales,2 lagers and 1 smooth flow bitter. Hand Pulled or Bottled in production, which can be enjoyed in the bar and if you really enjoy the beer you can take a Taste of the Lake District home with you as our beer is now available in bottles.

Currently at The Brown Horse Inn you can enjoy hand pulled ales such as Lancaster Ales, Lytham Summer Ale, Pride of Pendle, York brewery, Hardknott brewery, foxfield brewery & Potbellied brewery.

Draught beer include Carlsberg Cold, San Miguel, Old English Cider, Guinness and Tetley’s Cold
